We are having a laid back day. Not had a day like this in about three weeks. Only two theripys today so we have home work. Walks and a set of steps to clime. Just so nice to be together.

Look out her she comes. Walked to the coffee shop today and got a snack. She also worked in the kitchen today made some cookie bars. She will have me fattened back up in know time. Lol!

Back with the same release date of the 16th! Working with Polly one of her fave PT. On the steps and then look I can walk with a cane! Too cool! Very good day! Meeting tonight with stroke recovery person. Things are looking good ahead!

She has a brace on her ankle now that keeps it from going out. Helped big time! She walked two blocks in side farthest to date. But they may move her release date back a few days and that brought her down. So keep the prayers coming and we look for more supper improvements the rest of the week!

She called me three time already this morning. And she is read to go. Had a off day yesterday but I think we have the issue corrected. Went down for coffee last nigh and to the healing garden, very nice. Got her spirits back up. Remember day time visits are not a good idea, may not be able to see her new protocols in place please honer this! Thank you! Call me if you need to visit during the day can give times that it works out.

Her leg is still swollen and hurts. Most likely from not much use. So today they get at it and start moving it. Full day of OT,PT and ST. Bet she is tired tonight. Had a very quit weekend and she can’t wait to get to go home!

Her ankle fells bad and her feelings are right there with it. She fells she is not going anywhere with her rehab. But everyday there are little things that keep coming back on line for her. She is so close to being able to drink coffee with her right hand. So rest today elevate foot and look forward to tomorrow! Watching COR on the web for church, so glad they are there, hand bells this morning!

Not much change today. Ankle is still not to good with swelling in it. Elevating it tonight hope for lots to be gone in the morning. Thanks to Galen and Lavonne for the Burger King tonight! Two weeks of mostly cafeteria food, a little junk food hit the spot. Go Huskers!
