Home she goes! We check out at 10 a.m. on the 14th! Not exactly where we wanted to be to go home but home is home! Swallow not much change, but life as we knew it will be. In home therapy once more, so stuck at home till that is over she has ST, PT,OT and a nurse this time so days will go by fast. Keep praying for the swallowing and thank you all for care about us it means a lot!

Well, not much to say. Trying to get the coughing under control and it might have something to do with her feeding times. (wow that sucks saying that!) might be reflex. So more time to settle before activities. We are having a very tough time dealing with no swallowing. No drinking, or food of any kind. Not a good situation for a cook or someone that enjoys eating out as much as we do. KEEP Praying we need it!

Had a very long night. Had two breathing treatments and hours of coughing. She is tired, but fells a bit stronger this morning she said. Sitting in the room listing to Pastor Adam at COR. They do church right, even on line we feel welcome and wanted. And their pastoral care calls and prayers are greatly need. Thanks to all out there following. I read your response from the gold square to her she know you are out there for us.

Had nice visits from Mom, Dad and Grandma Peterson. Then this afternoon with Lavonne, Galen and Brandi. Now down stairs watching the world go by. Char is very down and not very positive, but Tommy and I keep trying to keep her going. The swallowing is just a big bummer. Some very small changes with it but not like we would like. Just a very long deal. Keep them prayers coming and thank you all.

Not back. But not forward. Got here late trying different things to get he settled down, might have gone to far.she has been out like a light since about 5 p.m..

Overheard some people in the cafe talking about their faith. I  know I should mind my own business. But I heard Milford come up in the conversation so I snooped a bit more. They brought up how not on fire our community was with its faith when the one person in the group spoke at a church function in town. I snooped a bit longer then I introduced my self, told them I was from MIlford and shard my faith and thoughts on the conversation. It was an eye opener! We got together after a bit and held hands in pray for Char and our communities of Christ in hopes for renewal and vibrance in our churches! It was a up lifting and powerful time to be with Christians that just are on fire in their walk! Thank you Father just when I Need you most! Thank you all for your prayers out there too!

Just about the same nothing new really. Working on mood stability.

No news is good news? Still not sleeping all night very tired! Going to change somethings up to get her though the night in hope for better day time therapy. She still is not up for much visiting. Hope by the weekend she will fell different about that.

Slept good last night. But very week yet. No change in the swallow, but the anxiety she was having seems to be somewhat under control. Witch is helping her day go on. Still fighting bladder issues but coming. Making here fell like she has the flue. Very tired yet and wears down fast. So keep that in mind with call or visits, after 5 p.m. is when her day slows down. Thanks for all the well wishes!

Just not a good day. We are getting news that its not bad but not what we want to hear. Have issues with people refuse to understand our point of view on something things witch is hurt full. They sent a psychologist in to see us hand some good story’s and points that help us lots! Very tired and wore out not sleeping at night she has panic attacks and coughing spells that scare her about every two hours or so makes for lone evenings! Going to call the care manager after bit got conflicting reports on health, insurance, release date and some what is going on with her. Starting to get the big picture. Just a few things that don’t make sense.

Bladder and lungs giving us a bit of trouble. No rest last nigh for either one of us coughing and catheter in and out. Her chest is getting sour from all the coughing, so they are going to start her on lung treatments once more. She finely got wound down and has been asleep now for about an hour and a half. Needs this rest time bad. Later all!
