PEG tube in (feeding tube) went very smooth. In out in 20 min. Back in the room going back on pain meds for the day to let her rest and the tube heal, will start to use tomorrow. So she going nightly night no conversation today lol. If the PEG takes food ok and she can go to the bathroom some, hope to get over to Bryan West and start work to get home! Thanks to all for prayers and such this morn! We both where very nervous about any kind of surgery after all the fun we had last week? But we prayed together,knew you all are with us, and all looks good. As it can.

Back at the hospital. Got her off all lines and meds. She hurts but she is much more alert! She said her knee fells better and the old bladder is being a problem but that’s old news lol. Surgery in a hour. Thanks for the prayers and keep em coming!

At 9 the surgery is on. Got fears due to all the trouble we had coming out last time but, getting the feeding tube out of her nose will help her fell better and make it easier fro her to talk and with speech, to move forward with the swaloing rehab. So hoping for the best! Big prayer day they have to put her under, thats what caused lots of the issues in the first place.

Well not to good today, Speech therapy went bad, witch also has to do with her swallowing. Feeding tube will be put in her tummy tomorrow. They feel this is a temp thing, but surgery aging! She can’t talk, very bad mood. Lots of docs and checks this mon, sorry the post is so late.

Things are about the same. She is little more comfortable but the chest and right leg giving her issues. Very out of it yet due to meds. Respiratory:clear,OT: brushed hair, put socks on, Speech: not to hot but better.

Out of ICU! Not read for visits quit yet. Talking is coming, still on a feeding tube. She looking and felling better for the first time during this hole thing so on or way!

Walking this morning, she said it felt good! Still can’t swallow, but is getting closer. More alert too! A morn of good news!

In ICU still. But she walked once last night and is more alert. So hopes to get the swallowing thing going and thing should be better. Prayer is working thank you all!

Still in ICU. They put a feeding tube in this afternoon due to she can’t swallow. They did a CT scan to and it was ok. They hope by tomorrow her strength will be up to get her eating. Thanks everyone for the prayers and thoughts!

Still in the ICU. They pulled the tubes out of her chest hoping that will relieve some pain that is not allowing her to stand. Once she stands and walk we can get stated with her recovery to get home.
